  If I could give this place no stars I would. I have recently gotten the amerigroup insurance and as many with an HMO know you don’t have a lot of choices in where you can go. I went there in pain and was told to take ibuprofen and unless I had bones sticking out they wouldn’t do anything else. I have no stomach and can not at which point I was told to contact my primary care (who does not take my group but I still use when I can afford it). I did so and shortly after the office staff called and said they had to call the police on me ( which is a BLATANT) lie. I called and asked to speak to a manager about their lies. I am currently still on hold 24 mins later with no one answering. They are disgusting and sit behind the glass windows gossiping about other patients, sit you in dirty rooms and clearly don’t care about HMO patient because they get paid based on how many they can squeeze in in one day and a possible supplemental payment for my 4 min visit in which no one even looked at me. I will be reporting them and requesting a full review of their polices. Gross disgusting liars!!! You’re better off sitting in an ER where you may get an actual provider and care!
