  Needed service on a Broan kitchen exhaust. Communication was excellent, took more than one visit -- one to assess, another because fan was too large for one person to remove solo. Third visit was scheduled when part arrived. Price was reasonable, no charge on initial visit. Cost of second visit when assessment was actually made was applied as deposit toward the actual repair. Very pleased. Service techs were polite, knowledgeable, pleasant young men. They did took proper care of the work area to protect the surfaces and keep things fairly clean and to avoid breakage of fragile items.
