  Do not know HOW this guy stays in business. Rude impatient surfer wanna be. He sold me wrong part, I told him model # was wrong, he INSISTED it would fit. Had to bring part back for return, he said it would STRETCH OUT and then wanted to replace it with another wrong part. I asked for money back and found correct part at Sears for 1/2 the price and pleasant customer service and a smile.

  Super friendly staff. They really know their business! I got best price from them on my Miele vacuum. The service is 5 star for sure!!
