  We took our 4 year old in to get her hair braided and styled for the first time. She has mixed ethnic hair and I asked for a few braids and then pull it into a pony tail with twists. The stylist talked me into doing her entire head in twists. I can't even begin to tell you what a disaster this was. The parts and lines are basically non existent, the twists were not to the scalp and no smoothing products were used. She left looking like Buckwheat...and they had the audacity to charge us $40 for a sloppy, frizzy mess.
  
  On the flip side, I did the survey and they promptly responded and have offered to have it redone with a knowledgeable stylist at no charge to me. I am appreciative for that!
