  NO SLEEP!!!
  
  One star for the comfortable bed and another for the decent paid staff. Sticky floors and hard towels. No coffee in room.
  
  I was placed in the room next to the guest laundry. The door to the laundry slammed every few minutes until at 3am when I placed a washcloth in the door; it was removed by manager around 7am! No sleep!!!
  
  The managers did not rectify this problem but said next time not to accept this room. There won’t be a next time!
